Without empathy, it's just another design

The face of design is changing. Design is used to be a term that described the process of visually designing assets for digital or non-digital use. In this day and age, we use design to redefine what our business processes look like, how we deliver our services, and what products we should create. Human-centered design is all around us and my work below shows a variety of projects I’ve been part of.
